What does CSPY stand for? Well, Counter Spy, of course. We figure if other servers can spy on you and record your IP address for their own records to do with as they will, we can help you counter that by using a proxy.
Basically, CSPY.org started out as just a small website that I could use to store notes and such on proxies. Then it took on a life of it's own. Now, still in it's infancy, the goal for CSPY is to be the preeminent domain for information on web proxies and proxy resources.
