I'm not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV, so here is the privacy policy in plain, simple, English

If you sign up as a member, you will have access to the Proxy Lists and Leech List, and eventually a Forum. No other special privileges are granted under membership. We will not sell, or give your email address or other private information to anyone. This site is about security, and we intend to keep it that way. We're pretty anti-spam, as you can probably guess.

You may receive emails occasionally from admin@cspy.org regarding site changes or updates. On rare occasions you may even receive an email offer for security related products if we feel that the product is especially good. However, if the product is that good, we'll probably post it on the site for the whole world to see rather than just emailing the members. The only reason why I can think we may send you an email about it would be if we can secure a special discount for members only. Otherwise, don't expect to get a lot of email from us.
